There is a $100 Deposit per Unit that is Immediately Refunded once Storage Facility inspects and sees that the Unit is Broom Clean and all items have been removed.
There is a 10% BUYERS PREMIUM (10% BP) on this auction. MN Sales Tax will be charged on all items.
We accept Cash payment ONLY for storage unit auctions.
